There are a lot of things you can do to lose weight, but this is definitely one of the most unique methods I've come upon. A recent study on people that ate this way found that they still consumed about the same amount of calories on average, but ended up losing weight. It also showed them with better hormone production and was able to actually live longer if they remained on this diet for good. I think that gives this type of eating a deserved look because of these results. I'm going to talk to you about smart intermittent fasting for weight loss.
